Robin Sharma Leadership Workshop

Last Monday, the 11th of May, HPC collaborated with PFM and also HRnetOne, organized a Leadership Program by Robin Sharma. It was called 'Lead without a title'...you don't need a title in order tobe a leader...Like what Chef Gusteau from Ratattouile say 'Everyone can cook'.... So we had to be at Sunway Hotel and Spa Convention Centre at 6.30am...Sigh..woke up at 5.00am. Bathe and drove the car all the way to Sunway. Know earlier, sleep a bit longer..The journey to Sunway only took me 10 mins plus...I played 4 songs on my handphone, and I've reached. wth...Damn early somemore...should hv eaten breakfast 1st...

So got there, straight away start preparing. Arranging the delegates tags, ensuring the delegates seats are well equip with papers, pencils, water, sweets..etc..etc. After that..THANK GOD they prepared breakfast for us. Ate mee hoon(FYI, the food there was FANTASTIC throughout the day...really...) Then delegates started to arrive at 8.00am. So Sheena and me took our place at the start of the registration booth as our job was to welcome the delegates, and give them their allocated seatings.

Throughout the whole seminar, it was very motivating. Here are some of the so called 'words of wisdom' than Robini says that somehow make an impact to me.

All in all, it was a good seminar...good for us as well as we did something different from the normal headhunting job...Many more seminars to come..
