(yea right...am only celebrating it because of the public holiday...other than that, the politics, what's going on in our country, the injustice, the unfairness...what is there to celebrate for? So yea...Happy Holiday to one and all!!)

Wow..this is my most blogged month ever...31 post in 31 days...I must be too free..haha...anyway, as others are out celebrating our country's independence, I'm at home with my mom and aunt, while looking outside as Mines is putting up a 5 seconds fireworks display...(yes...5 seconds)...no plans to go out...or if there is plans, might not include me...Anyway...

PIXAR's Short Movie

The movie 'Up' from PIXAR and the short clip Partly Cloudy got me excited. Hence, I was browsing through some of Pixar's short movie clips. Here are some nice ones.

I remember watching this when I was form6. I think this short film was the start of Pixar's project. This is funny.

UP Movie Review

Sherie and I decided to go watch a movie...really had a good laugh again in the cinema. This time, it was the movie 'Up'. I really like all the Pixar Studio animation movies. I remember watching 'The Incredibles' and also Wall-E, but on DVD la...It's really nice and had good graphics and moral values in it.

As always, like all Pixar movies, we enjoyed the appetizer before the main course. This short movie is very very funny. I think I laughed the loudest, coz I remember hearing ONLY my laughter...It's a little bit like Dumbo, like how the baby animals are being delivered by storks...This is about clouds making babies and the storks delivering the babies to their mothers(both human and animals).And we have this particular cloud which was eccentric in making not-so-loving babies and the poor stork that needs to deliver it. Anyway, Up is about Carl Fredrickson, from young, having the adventurous mind exploring the world and then met Ellie. The first quarter of the movie was good in character development of Carl and Ellie. Their true love only death can set them apart. Loving and touching. The fun part began when Russell(he's so so adorable) joined Carl in his adventure and the bumped into a giant bird name Kevin and the talking dog name Dug. And more laughter to come.. with the chipmunk voice of a bad dog. Both of us(or should I say I) were laughing so hard in the cinema!

Carl was working so hard to achieve Ellie's dream of having a home at Paradise Falls. There is a meaning to this movie. While we are focusing on pursuing our dream, we often get distracted and faced with challenges . And at those times, we may become so focused that we lose sight the other things that can be important to us too. And Russell was there to lighten us up that sometimes we may need to be flexible in doing our mission. And Ellie's reminders that we sometimes we need to move on and find new adventures in our life and not just about living in the past.

Another truly recommended movie by Pixar Studio. One of the things that made my weekend so wonderful.

Fashion DO? or Fashion DON'T?

Was on the train that day, and then came in this bunch of L-A-L-A(as Alex put it), walked in. Literally, making each and every heads on the train turn towards them, including mine..and this is why..(I secretly took picture of that particular one that make head turn..steal my light..ish)

See what he's wearing? Here's a close up...SEE? Its a long pants cum short pants. It's actually a long pants, but it don have the middle part(which is from the thigh til the knee) but it's connected via some connector thingy that has clips and hooks on it...AND..it has like a piece of cloth hanging from its back...something like that...hehe, sorry..i drew it myself...

Farm Town

I told myself that I would never play any games on Facebook. Used to play Pet Society, but after that got bored with it. Now, Calvin introduce me to play with Farm Town. One thing bout me that you all must know, I'm not a game person. I don like to play games. I tried playing robot builders coz i see Alex and Mark busy building robots, so thought of trying it la...registered...then nothing happened...Now Farm Town...At 1st I got confuse between Farm Town and Farm Ville...but it's 2 different games...
So registered on Farm Town, played..not bad...one thing bout all this facebook games is that you'll get addicted to it...I even got a request from my cousin to be her neighbour...she kept pestering me...I don't see the whole point there...and I also dunno why..hmmm...
So, while I'm in the office working, i'm also working on my farm...haha..multi tasking...
