Hey, how has everyone been? Its been 10 days since I last blog, and many things happened...too many, so be prepared for a very very long post. Haha..But very entertaining, fun and meaningful. By the way, I shall start of my blog with a pic of my latest Starbucks organizer and tumbler..the tumbler is limited edition ok..haha..went there at 8am just to get the tumbler..
So throughout the entire week, was busy having dance practice and carolling practice in Sg long for our annual Sg long Xmas dinner. Theme for dinner was Mamma Mia of course, but we'll talk about that later. So on the 11th, we (Sandy, Andrea, Elena, Kim, Amanda, Flora, Sher and me..yea..the only guy...) had our dance practice at Amanda's place...oh wait..Andrea went MIA, El came late coz she went for yoga, thinking there was yoga but actually cancelled coz Sultan's birthday, so she called me and we had a laugh about it. haha...Coz we were suppose to go for yoga, but i decided not to go, then mana tau she and alex decided to go..so wanting to go that they forgot that if its a public holiday, there's no yoga.haha.. Anyway, while practising, mark came over to watch since he wont be here for the dinner..So after practising, headed home to rest coz working the next day.
On Friday , 12/12, was also another...hm..how shall i put it, confusing day. Not knowing whether where are we staying..haha...long story short, we stayed over at mark's place after havin carolling practice at Rufus and Rita's home. So while at mark's place, we chit chatted, we drank beer, we ate maggi..oh..before all that, i vomitted, dunno why...but after vomitting, it felt great.haha..so we continued talking and i came up with a game, that we called it 'Peoplefirst'. Haha...its a game that only Manda, Sher, Mark and me knows..haha..It was fun and actually kept us awake til about 6am. Then after that, Mark and I continued talking in his room until it was day break. haha.. But had to wake up at 11 to send Manda for piano class. Hence, not knowing where to go to, Sher and I went to church. After that went back and rest, brought mom and 2 nuns, Sister Lucia and Sister Iris to have Satay kajang...then went for mass. That night, Mark's family organized an early Xmas party since they'll be leaving for Finland on the 17th, which was fun I would say...It was Sandy and Glynn's 1st time drinking, Ann drank the remaining of the Kahlua, Interrogating Daniel and Bibi(hahaha), Reuben had his limelight where he re-enact or told the story of how Daniel and Bibi met..then had a crazy session with Sandy...all in all, it was a fun filled night la...
Then on the 14th, din go for mass coz decided to continue sleeping, while the youth went for Orang asli visit(can read on mark's blog). So in the afternoon, the 'family', namely Flora, Sher, Manda and me decided to go shop for OUR present at MV. Hence we got each other presents which kinda settle all the presents that we were wanting to get. Not forgetting also that we had crazy lots of cam-whoring session..haha...

Hence aft shopping at MV, we went to BV2 to sing again. After that had to rush for choir practice. Then it was the next day, 15/12, we received a sad news of the passing of Father Leo Chang. So all carolling activities taht were plan in many zones had to be cancelled. That night we had mass in church and the following night prayers. The funeral was held on the 17th, but i din go coz i had to work. then that night had penitential service, which I did not go as well, coz wasn't ready. Besides, had to send the Lims to the airport. So pick ann up around 9.30, then headed to the Lims. Drove them to the airport, bid our goodbyes and wished them merry christmas, then Ann and I drove back. Had a great talking session with my petsis...
Then on the 18/12, had to work, but was looking forward towards the night coz had performance at Royal Selangor Club in Dataran Merdeka. It was a very high end club, more like the Hamptons of Malaysia. Did not manage to take any pics though, but the performance was a blast. I played the grand piano, which I must say, its so damn hard to press the key coz its already half way down already, and everything is like so hard. The fingers and the feet had to do extra work. Damn i can feel my fingers having muscles already. Haha...But it was a great performance..let me tell u how it began. Keith and me walk down the stairs, while the rest of the choir members were 'hiding' on the square-ish spiral staircase. Then i started playing, the MC announce..with a very deep voice..'And here to serenade us with some Christmas carols, the choir of Holy Family Church Kajang'..and there stood Keith, in the centre of the dance floor...alone..=.="..haha..choir a lot of ppl ma..but keith standing there alone..so I saw the faces of some of the patrons there were like..huh??then Keith started singing...C is for the Christ child...then out of no where..you can hear voices of ppl singing...T is for three wise men..and down they came, fully dressed in their wonderful black attire, and the crowds were like..hmm..not bad kinda look..so yea..the choir rock the butts of the dato's and the nenek's of Royal Selangor..The singing was so good that some of the patrons there stop eating and jus look and move along with the choirs, others u can see them singing along..Although it has a few glitches, all I can say is that I'm very very proud of my choir's performance. They put up a such a good show that we managed to put a mark on Royal Selangor, and *fingers cross*..might get a call back next year..Even a dato suggested us to go for a world tour next year k..haha..
Then aft the performance, stayed over at Keith and Allison's place. Had supper, McD with Dom, Ash, Glynn, Keith and Allison..and not forgetting my adorable god-daughter...haylie..who had grown up so much and so playful. Very very cute. After cleaning up, had a great chit chat session with Keith and Allison on their bed til 2am. Haha..forgetting we were working the next day. Hence on the 19/12, worked til 4.30, then left for the Sg Long Xmas dinner.
This year's dinner was a blast. The dinner tix was designed by me..haha..theme Mamma Mia..best ticket ever designed in the history of Sg Long dinner. The host this year, was the greatest combination and the most entertaining one ever, Aunty Huey Ling and Charles(he's new from Bandar Mahkota Cheras), and this year's dinner seen many new faces, which was a great thing as well, coz that's the whole purpose of the dinner..to bring everyone together. Started of our dinner with EXERCISE..haha..yea..Charles led us to do some exercise, which was funny la..then Manda and Sher took food for me while Gerard and I went out to count the results for best dressed. Yes, this year i did not get to defend my title, hence I became a judge..Previous pics of me winning best dress..

Then after dinner, was lucky draw, then performances, the kids dance to a Cheetah girls song, the adults dance to Voules-vous, then the youth, Us of coz(the 8 of us??) dance to Damaged by Danity Kane. Then there was a group performance where we all dance to Mamma Mia, since out theme was Mamma Mia. But that night was filled with surprises. 1st one was a treasure hunt, which our table has won. Our table consist of Alex, Elena, Andrea, Sandy, Manda, Sher, Reuben, Kim, Bev, Vernon, and me of coz. So we elected Manda and Sandy to be our team leaders. Went up, memorise the things we need to hunt, then get it. Sandy ran to the toilet to get...the toilet roll.Brilliant idea..our team was the 1st to run to the toilet, other teams ran to the toilet like 5 mins aft we got back FROM the toilet..haha..then we need a 5cent coin, a 1cent coin, RM5 note, hair pin, socks, a strand of hair, earrings, and the toilet roll. Our team won that..haha..then there was also singing session. Every table is named to a song of Abba, our table got Honey Honey, but I changed it to Super Trouper, which is the same table as Flora's and also Greg's(which has all the young boys there). So, out team was called 1st, so the 3 tables went in front. Aunty pat, who is also sitting in a Super Trouper table, when she saw that the team consist of majority from the choir, she said 'eh, like that our team sure win la..haha'...then I plan with them some strategies, took the mike..stood in the middle and said...'FOR 1 NIGHT!!', then the rest answered..'AND 1 NIGHT ONLY!!'..then i continued..'PRESENTING...FREDDIE...AND THE FABULOSOS!!'...then the whole restaurant erupted in laughter..haha...I saw Jude's face was like...huh??then he got it..so he also laugh non stop..haha...Coz Mamma Mia the movie got 'Donna and the Dynamos', so here we have 'Freddie and the Fabulosos' la. haha..Everybody laughed like for 5 mins..then we started singing..Sandy, Manda and me did the echo for 'su-per-per, troup-per-per'. Which was kinda funny and fun la..haha...
Then aft that it was our performance, well, as usual, we did our best la..I had fun butt shaking..haha...recordings are below.Then it was another surprise, where its called 'Flashback'. The called up 4 couples, whom 1 of them was our very own ALEX and ELENA..haha..we were shock with the selection as well. So what they need to do is some hindustan movie scene where you know they will sing and dance and all..yea..they had to do that..Alex and Elena did a wonderful job entertaining us and providing us with laughter.haha...then when that ends, the dance floor opens..haha...Dance til around 12 plus almost 1, then we headed to MZ for supper. All in all, it was a wonderful though busy days, and many more to come. SHOUT OUT TO ALL READERS!! After the party, left with Norah to Sg long Bec Xmas Carolling. The one that was postponed earlier. Joined them at the 2nd house, which was fun la. Get to spend time with my Sg Long friends, singing Xmas songs, wearing the reindeer antlers thingy..haha...Last house was Manda's place, which I played the piano. The kids sang beautifully with the parts being done by the youth. After the carolling session, had potluck dinner and mingling around session
